License Agreement for ContentsBridge

NOTICE TO USER: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY USING ALL OR
ANY PORTION OF THE SOFTWARE, YOU SHALL BE DEEMED THAT YOU INDICATE YOUR
ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT.

Software License Agreement

1.Grant of License
Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. ("Fuji Xerox") grants you ("Customer") a 
non-assignable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use
software program recorded in any media and related documentation
enclosed in this package (collectively, "Software") in accordance with
the terms and conditions of this Software License Agreement
("Agreement") only for designated machines ("Designated Machines") that
runs on the designated version of operating system. 
Customer may copy the Software only for its use in the same entity and
in the same location, provided that those copies are not made for
profit and that such copies contain copyright, trademark and other
intellectual property notices that appear on or in the Software. 

2.Rights of Software
All intellectual properties, including but not limited to copyrights of
the Software, are retained by Fuji Xerox and/or its suppliers.

3.Restrictions
Customer shall not do the following acts:
1) Use or copy the Software except as expressly permitted herein;
2) Assign, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, convey, or transfer the
Software to any third party by an any tangible media, distribute on a
network or by a telephone line available to the public, or otherwise
disclose the Software;
3) Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the
Software;
4) Delete or alter copyright, trademark, and other intellectual
property notices on or in the Software.

4.No warranty
1) THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON "AS IS" BASIS. FUJI XEROX AND ITS
SUPPLIERS DO NOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS CUSTMER MAY OBTAIN
BY USING THE SOFTWARE. FUJI XEROX MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
2) TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL
FUJI XEROX BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR
SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST
SAVING, EVEN IF FUJI XEROX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.

5.Termination
1) Fuji Xerox may terminate the Agreement if Customer fails to comply
with any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
2) Upon termination of the Agreement, Customer shall immediately
expunge or destroy the Software and all copies.

6.Other Provisions
1) This Agreement is governed by the laws of Japan.
2) In case Customer wishes to export the Software, Customer shall
comply with the export control regulations of the United States and any
applicable law of area respectively. If necessary, Customer shall
obtain the appropriate license for re-export from the authorities
concerned.
3) If any part of this Agreement is found void and unenforceable, it
will not affect the validity of the Agreement, which shall remain valid
and enforceable according to its terms.

     * Please note that this software operates on computers running
       Windows 98/Me, Windows 2000 and Windows XP. It may not be
       compatible with Windows 95 and Windows NT4.0.

     1) Double-click Setup.exe to start the installer. Follow the
        instructions to install the software.
